    As if Zerg would waste time scouting with Drones. Zerglings are the perfect scouts.

    Unless you're rushing, I suppose.

    It also prevents crawler rushing with Drones if they get reduced speed off Creep :3

    Can't say i didn't expect that. but i hope that the drones are just unifected

    it would stink to have drones going slower off creep and make expanding
    slow. (like u guys said earlyr)

    and even if they just floated above the creep the mutas still have the extra
    speed and they fly
    Unless i missed something that said the flying guys couldn't have the
    extra speed.

    Do flying units gain extra speed? I didn't think they did.

    no, only Ground units(except for the Drone) gets the 30% speed upgrade when on Creep.

    More Of The Queen

    I still think that more should be introduced in to zerg queen unit. Why ? just because... it`s not over untill you get the queen. every movie made or other enterteinment is always about killing the queen because it will spawn all over again so I think that the queen deserves a little more respect. It should give the player options that can turn over the game even if he or she is loosing , things like infest comand center or nexus should only be the basic of the queen`s abilities it should also spawn mutated drones that build fast and can give the player the ability to turn the tabels .... well just thinking :))))) so LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    A single unit with the ability to turn the tables by themself? That's what the original queen/MS would have been, but was deemed way too imbalanced and were nerfed to thier current forms.

    Infest command center is an ability the original queen had, but was only used to humiliate opponents in pro-games, and would be useless now since players can spawn infested terrans without it using the infestor.

    well, there may be other adv. of infested center. Like whole new terran faction joining the Zerg cause!!!!!!!! how about that :) new unit limit and everything like protos DARK ARCHON could do when taking over a drone or Teran SCV very nice a?

    The whole role of the queen is production/economy, defensive.

    Personally i think the queen should lay eggs herself not only that but instead of razor swarm they should change it to something that involves the creep attacking units and would make even more sense lore wise (when the protoss where experimenting with it they added a virus which made the creep i guess eat some of the protoss)

    I think the Queen should have more defencive manuver like It should still have the ability to spit green stuff which slows your opponit or have a small area of effect move (must use in the creep) to grab all units in it's radius rendering unmoveable and unable to attack for 20 seconds would be a good defence.

    Hey Calm down! you can still mutate drones into "sunken/spore" there called
    (somthing else now)
    but the queen is the primary defence unit now

    I assume you mean the appearance of the new defense structures, not the Spine and Spore Crawlers (they are the same as in brood war lol). As durable as before, and as mobile as Terran lift-off buildings.

    But I agree, the Spine Crawler is a pink Flamingo with a small beak and long neck, the Spore Crawler is a mouth with an overkill-of-spikes collar around it.

    A cooler set of abilities that I wouldn't mind:

    1) Spawn Creep Tumor: same cost, same functionality.

    2) Mutation: Allows the Queen to select from a list similar to when you select a Larva, converts an existing Zerg unit to unit of choice for same cost (minerals, vespene, control), but with production time deduction (-5 seconds from build time, turning a Drone into a pair of Zerglings would finish building in 18 seconds, 23 original). It lets you build on field as long as you have a supply of units at your disposal, compared to Mutant Larva it removes the need for sticking to the Hatchery.
    Note: I think both ways work, Mutant Larva gives you 3, while this lets you do it most anywhere without limitation. Would probably have a 20 second cooldown though.

    3) Transfusion: I always liked this ability, it was very versatile since it could heal both buildings and units in one go. I don't think it's suitable (style wise) on the Overseer, even if it is a more versatile choice.

    I think that's pretty good, first ability works to promote the Zerg's trait of speed increase, while the two others can work both at the base AND on the field, very powerful abilities indeed. It'll give you more of a reason to bring her out of her nest, since it will greatly benefit you in the long run (just 2 Zerglings and 1 Queen can spawn an army very quickly).

    I really dont like the new queen , it just doesn't fit the zerg's theme . The queen could also use a new model because in my oppinion the current one just dosen't look like a zerg, more like a protoss / zerg hybrid.
    The queens abilities are really nice and sound useful , so at least there will be some use for the queen.

    That's what I wanted from the queen too, but also add Swarm Infestation to my list.

    It would be nice, if you could upgrade, maybe ONE queen, to better forms, say, as a defense for your main hive cluster.

    I personally think that there should be multi queens manly to be a builder unit with like 1 flexible defensive ability ( I still think it should be something that has the creep attack the enemy).

    She should be able to lay eggs herself and will hopefully function like a mobile unit producer which she seems to be atm (I like that decreased unit time it helps a lot with the zerg and adds to balance the protoss's warp in function).

    So far the people that have played with her haven't used her as effectively as they should of and trust me when i say this but once we start seeing more people playing this unit if kept as a economy builder will be very powerful with her ability to produce units rather quickly.

    I say we should get at least one queen per hatchery, that way you have multiple queens, but you can't have an army of them so they are still specialist units.
