Zerg/Protoss genders...

Yes, but it seemed like a similar process in my mind. The Swarm would spawn their own strains and then include genetic improvements from things they find in the wild i.e. like how the Zergling was based somewhat on a Dune Runner for small size and insane speed.

i could be totally off my rocker but I figured I would add my 2 cents and it made sense in my head. ;D

The Protoss don't have the goods below the waist, you can see this in several Concept Arts. Mind you, if I was drawing them, I probley wouldn't include the junk in my art. The last thing I wanna be drawing is a Protoss shlong, so they may acctually have things, we just can't see them.

 

I've mentioned this before, but it is not known by anyone how the Protoss reproduce. Not even Blizzard knows, as they stated in the SC Lore panel at BlizzCon.

Blizzard doesn't know how the protoss reproduce because only a few ppl care. Hey we wanna know how the alien race that you created gets it on. No one cares!
