    I have another idea.

    Zerg Planet Eater
Description: Essentially, the Planet Eater resides inside a small shell of rock that floats through space propelling itself using Psi. It may crash at it's own desire on any planets it wish. Once the Planet Eater falls to the Planet's surface, it may immediately call upon the Zerg Meteor, a powerful meteor mutated to life by Zerg organisms, that crashes into the planet and opens up a wound big enough to endanger the planet, after which the life-force of the planet, called Planet-psi, will amass inside the wound and attempt to heal it. At this point, the Planet Eater will "suck" the Planet-psi out of the planet and become immense in power and strength, grow a large wing out of it's side and become a god.

Trivia: The first Zerg Planet Eater was mutated out of a Terran known as Seph I. Roth, son of Jen Ova.

    BRILLIANT!
We still need a bunch of Terran with big ears called jedilegolas/darknaruto and demoninuyasha to save the world, though.

All i will say is FLAT OUT NO!!! this idea would be totally rigged. Though it may be a good idea to fit it in the story line somehow now with the overmind gone zerg may want some new weapon, other then zerg, but i dont even like that idea myself. O and i read the books and thought tey were pretty good, i also read the halo books. And laslty need i mention it Instant wins are GAY.

i don't even think it would be a good storyline addition. what could they possibly infest that would be big enough to eat a planet? remember with the zerg they actually had to go out and find those things to twist them into killing machines. like the zergling was a dune runner and i think the hydralisk was a kind of sloth.

What do you think a cerebrate is? The overmind? They are not creatures that have been infested and appear to have characteristics similar to that of the original Zerg parasite although they are much larger.

New unit added in the Zerg section : Infested Galacticus! Available trough capturing a Silver surfboard!

edit: Of course the Overmind isn't something infested, the Xel'Naga created it to watch over the Zerg broods

^...what do you mean " 'nutrients' the creep"? and if it damaged enemies on the creep it would still have to have range, or else you could hide a bunch in the corner of your base and anything that tries to attack you cant kill them.

Sounds exactly like Galactus... probably just me though. Kind of crap Super-Weapon when it kills EVERYONE... pretty much once you launch this thing the game ends in a Stalemate because both sides get pwned.

And unless the planet is filled with useless ferrets and has absolutely no vespine gas or minerals and has no strategical value whatsoever I still doubt the Zerg would just leave it alone, and I doubt they have such a thing and are capable of making something like that.

Now who would win in a fight....a Zerg Planet Eater or a Terran Death Star? I personally go with the Death Star
