In that case I'm very glad I haven't read them. Or even actually seen them.

Mostly they're just cheesy and generally unimaginative. It's like fan-fiction except they're being sold and Blizzard gave consent to (or even hired) the writers to use their game-material. Sometimes i get the feeling the writers haven't even played the game (mostly when they use already existing characters).

Any big inconsistencies? Think Blizzard will use book characters in SC2?

I hope they do not use book characters in SC2. It would suck.

I heard she was to make some kind of appearance in SC2. Could just have been false rumors though, but tbh we need some smokin' fine female Ghost now that Kerrigan's gone over to the slime-squad... and been there for like years.

Nova would be a nice addition. We need a new sexy female ghost for starcraft 2 since kerrigan is all zergified.

Meh, I thought of something: Since the Planet Eater is so hard to make, on a battle field the zerg can only afford 24 or so larvae to make a tiny one, it would burrow like the lurker and attack from there, splitting the earth ( and anyone who stands where the tendril is ) with a cool little SFX xD

but what would be its range, sight range, etc

A good use for something along these lines would be that you build this as a building, and it pulls resources from deep within the ground and spouts them out around the building. This would cause a never ending (slow) stream of minerals to sustain the fact that zerg rely on pumping out streams of units rather than the more brute force and tactical approaches of Terran and Protoss. The fact that this sort of "strip mining" makes it impossible for normal life to survive wherever these creatures are spawned would not mean anything to the Zerg, who create their own nutrient rich creep everywhere.

Like in homeworld when someone always techs up to the battlecruiser/battleship or in supreme commander when someone plays the game or in warcraft 3 when someone techs up to frost wyrms of chimaeras.

Great add-on Highjustice. :good: That would be a neat application to the game.

Sounds like something that could be in the campaign. Kerrigan is going to destroy Aiur/Shakuras/Earth/Braxis ( What ever) and you need to kill this creature before its task is done!

    But i doubt it=)

Er nobody even knows where Earth is. And why would she destroy them when they have resources on them plus they can serve as a staging point for other zerg offensives?

It was just a though ;) There might be other reasons to destroy a planet!
and I guess that Kerrigan will find Earth some day... Somebody stop her!! and then Zeratul and Jim Raynor comes with backup from the Mothership and they will kick her ass!!

Earth is saved.. GG.. end of story
