And we shall stand tall amongst the protoss, and the zerg, and when victory is achieved over a charred heap of zealot and hyrdalisk corpses, they shall know the mighty wrath of the terran empire.

No i think i love it beccause they just adapt to the situation in every moment, but they have a great problem THE VESPENOM GAS(sorry my english), when you wnat to see a thousan of zerglings being destroyed by your siege tanks it´s lovely, but it´s slow they have to has medics on theyr back every time in game.

 

The very first time I played SC, i fell in love with the Protoss almost straight away (although that was a while back now, and i was much younger...). Their pure energy and their unbelievable coolness....

But when i've gone back to playing SC more recently (especially since the announcement of SC2 ) My opinion has been totally changed by the terran's badass BADASSNESS. Sure I could worry about which I can play better with, or which has the best this that and the other... but I just play starcraft for fun. The story behind it is what got me into the game in the first place! And the Terran beat ALL the other races in just sheer attitude. I mean, listen to their quotes everytime you click on one! Blizzard gave them the best sense of humour by farrr...
Never been that attracted to the zerg, although zerglilngs are pretty cool in HUGE swarms...
Ahhh the Terran... think i'll go play them now...

I Don´t now why but right now i fell, like i am undecided for the races :-\
Because for me the ZERG they are much noise and little guns
but, whit the TERRAN is like the MARINES said I LOVE THE SMELL OF TOASTED ZERGLINGS IN THE MONNING (AND WHIT TWO EGGS PLEASE), THANK YOU.

 

i feel really really pathetic right now.... i started a game as protoss, immediately build a dark archon, mind controlled an SCV, and the only bit of toss tech i used after that was a photon cannon

i had more nukes than zealots...

 

I think the experience of 1st time playing starcraft with brood war must be very different to starting with the original. zombine

 

i really hated playing the Protoss campaigns, because im more a fan of using terran hit and run tactics, while turtleing my defense

OR if im playing as zerg ill mass lings, surround and burrow by mineral fields and wait for the enemy to come. Then, when i get the cash, ill have the ability to take the area for myself.

my toss strategy's suck. I cant do anything good in the original, and can only effectivly use dark templars in BW. and even then i ill lose horribly in the end.

 

well, i'm kind of a protoss player... use more dragoons, guys... they're darn useful... if you look at their damage, it's the same as a photon cannon... it's a portable photon cannon, just less hp... use reavers too... just blow everything up man.

Goliath kick air down to their knees

Tanks just blow up stuff.

Vultures are the fastest in the game

Marine is the only first basic unit that shoots up in the air.

Plus I am a Human. So that a reason why I like Terran.

vultures mine the secondary bases it's so fun that way when they move scout units to it they die none of the builders set them off
ghost = lock down

 

Yeah I had once where the structures in my base are mostly destroyed by my own siege tanks and spider mines when my enemy recalled masses of dragoons into my base. The mine should at least have some intelligence to detonate as far away as our own structures as possible.

 

heh, i just love to use terran Valkiries plus tanks are a kind of realiable combo (or at least it works for me!!)

 

I really like playing as Terran especially in island maps where each player starts in a single island, in this type of map players often put more emphasis on air units rather than ground and in midgame players should acquire as much island as possible for resources and base expansion, I used to build fleets of powerful battlecruisers with additional support units, I find this effective even against skilled opponents

 

I like playing terran an all maps they have units to over come every situation

 

Terrans are great for defense, one thing they lack though is an effective counter for mass guardian + devourer. Because everytime I play as Zerg and verse against Terrans, this is how i win

 

No. Against Dev-Guard combo they have a counter: Sciene Vessels and Irradiation. That kills both of theme very quick. Gave theme some Valkiries to finished a job, and the Guard-Dev goes animal food.

 

stim packed marines will do the job economically, so you'll win the war of attrition, being that you have the cheaper units. you'll die more(more unit casualties), but oh well.
