    It's almost like crossposting, which is evil.

    Besides the mods acan read this baord just fine while we can't read the mod board

    I agree with this totally. Only if there is hefty penalties for those who abuse the privilege and delete good topics.

    But you'd need to have several people reporting it in order for it to be deleted, so one spammer couldn't go around doing it single-handedly. Besides, they'd only be soft deleted, not physically removed, so if a good topic is actually deleted, the next time a mod's on they can undelete it.

    Whoops. Dammit Fenix! I posted in it in the mod board thinking it was public.

    Just an update. I spent 2 hours today putting in reCAPTCHA. So hopefully that will really cut down on the bots. ;)

    But for the most part the spambots are registered by actual humans. Think of it as a compliment, they want to spam this forum so bad they do it manually. :D
