Yet, another hero from the past is about to revive for the second time

A returning Overmind:

Seeing how the first Overmind failed at what ever his mission was, the Xel'Naga recreates a new one. Without is innate link with Kerrigan (since Kerrigan was morphed from the old Overmind) he cannot control her that easily. Since the Xel'Naga did not forsee Kerrigan such a strong and uncontrolable force with the Swarm; and seeing how no one can actually defeat Kerrigan, they create the new Overmind to take care of her.

The new Zerg mission is to play the new Overmind and take the Swarm back under your control by defeating Kerrigan. Once this task is done complete what ever plan the Xel'Naga had in place for the previous Overmind.

That would be nice, but we all saw that Infested Stukov image...

 

Wooooo, you know what that means? Vice Admiral Badass Stukov's coming back in!! I hope so at least hehe

 

A new Overmind is a bad idea. Not only is it old (there's already been two), but the first one evolved and smacked down the xel'naga. The X'N should have gotten smarter by now; you crush the zerg, you don't try to control them.

 

The way it's worded it has to be someone/thing that's died once already.

Well, I think technically you could put Stukov in there if you get technical

 

Stukov died, was infested, then given a serum developed by the Protoss to counter the infestation virus, resulting in a healthy living Stukov.

I hope he's coming back

 

Stukov being back would be interesting but its also a possibility they will introduce a new character that is in an Immortal

If Fenix does come back then he will be an Immortal. They got rid of Dragoons for them.

Duke revival

Duke is the most rat character in starcraft, right after kerrigan of course, so the chance that he had survive the zerg attack is effectively high. And I would not be surprise that in a desperate attempte for his survival that he would ally himself with the xelnaga.

If it's ANYBODY, (Meaning if these words were, in fact, from Blizzard.) it would be Stukov.

 

it might be stukov, but that would be pretty difficult to explain how he didn't die from being shot. Mutiple times, or how he was revived.

 

Stukov did die. He was brought back by a special Cerebrate ability.

It makes as much sense as reincarnating the Torrasque.

 

After a Protoss dies, his memories remain in their archives Some trained protoss can contact, at some level, their dead people through the archive.. do some google.. I think the protoss from the Dark Templar saga books is one of the protoss capable of talking or contacting their dead ppl..

I think Fenix's and Tassadar's names will be heard in SC 2 .. if ya' know what i mean
