Great info. All I knew about Indian (We are talking about Indians, not "Native Americans", yes?) mythology is that God like creatures had arrived in UFO type objects. Some shitty show on the history channel about the plausibility of UFOs. Thats a great unique reference by Blizz, much better than the Norse "thor" *yawn*. Still like the unit though.

LOL about pronouncing things wrong. When I was 10 or 11 years old playing SC1; I had always called them zee-lots. Of course the world zealot wasn't in the news as much as it is these days. Funny thing is, I think they'll always be zee-lots to me.

The correct way; which I now know that I'm older and wiser, is zel-ut. It's an actual word in the English language. A synonym would be fanatic. What I was talking about with the news is that terrorists are often referred to as zealots.

    EDIT: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/zealot

Yeah, the actual Indians, not the Native Americans, who were called Indians because Columbus didn't realise that there was another landmass in his voyage's route, and thought that he had landed in India, where the settlers proceeded to spread diseases and massacre the Natives. I mean the ones from India.

The Xel'Naga are not all that "perfect" of a race. Otherwise they wouldn't have been trying to create the perfect race by experimenting on the Protoss and Zerg. So when you talk about the "crazy Xel'Naga units" you actually mean the "crazy Hybrid units." It's not the Xel'Naga themselves that the Protoss and Zerg would become, but rather a melding of the Protoss and Zerg.

Templar were a caste of Christian knights during the crusades.
I can't remember right this moment, but there are lots of crusader references in SC1.

Yes this is all very fitting, GJ Blizz.
