That always made me wonder....Is Illidan dead, canon-wise? Knowing Blizz, they could just ret-con the whole WoW thing, pick up where WC III left off

I didn't take the time to read the three pages after original post, but I was wondering if anyone else has played the leak of WoTLK Alpha client? I have and here is my impression:

I can tell you right now it seems very unlikely to see this game out before the end of 2009.
The five mans are crazy good. The environments are so lush and interactive, and the enemies are actually challenging...in the first damned instance in Northrend lol. I have a feeling Northrend will be slaughtering A LOT of people. The zones are vastly different as they said they would be. Howling Fjord is by far my favorite zone I've ever played, I love it more than Un'Goro (don't ask why Un'Goro lol) and the Talents are ridiculous for 80 (PM me for details).

But now for the bad...The game is incredibly buggy. I've had to re-roll many times because my characters love to randomly fall through the ground into oblivion, forever. The mobs love to bug out and just fly into the air on me. A lot of NPC's don't work. And the game needs A LOT of balancing done, which is a given. Keep in mind this is all from Alpha testing, these things are sure to be fixed, the point I'm making is just how far they have left to tune, code, design and put in the game before it goes gold. There are only three zones in the Alpha, and one of them is so buggy it isn't even worth going to. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Reaper, are you aware of that most of those bugs could have something to do with you playing with a bad code, it being leaked and all? Because I doubt that Blizzard could do any kind of playtesting if they fell through the floor all the time.

The game was downloaded via the Blizzard friends & Family Alpha test.I am well aware that the test was impicated to remedy said bugs. But as you may (or may not =/) know...debugging can be arduous,

I suggest this page be added to the original post. It is updated almost daily, making it the most up-to-date site on the web related to WoTLK. All dungeons are in there, with reliable sources for everything on the page. Maps, and just everything you need to know.

I'm looking forward to this, and with the collector's edition content, including a baby frostwyrm whelp and art book, I can't wait to embrace the dark side.
