Who is your favorite Hero from the original StarCraft?

Flamingdts.... Just to let you know in Queen of Blades Kerrigan was ****ing up Tassadar and Zeratul and would of probly won if it wasnt for Jim. Pluss it was a two on one even befor Jim helped them. She has lurned but she was winning and she wasnt born with out being smart.... Just to let you know AND Fenix is number one! Then human Kerregan for my 2nd and Zeratul for my 3rd. =]

 

zeratul. he's kind of like the aragorn of starcraft. outcast, but still has pride and honour and all that jazz. and he knows how to handle a warp blade.

Fenix, Zeratul, Tassadar, Arcturus Mengsk, Alexei Stukov, Jim Raynor.

 

Tassadar. He simply kicks ass.

 

Fenix hands down.

His undying (no pun intended, har har) loyalty to the protoss race has to be admired. Also - I like how they portrayed his character as rather sturdy and that nothing gets to him. Having such a strong connection with doing what is right for the greater good explains his character best. A true martyr

This is why I actually don't like the Raynor character, I'm not critiquing Blizzard's portrayal of him, I just don't connect with him. I respect that he's always trying to do the right thing, I just don't like how distraught he gets after he gets screwed over and over again. He's TOO emotional for me. A little too depressing. No thx.

 

zeratul for sure, he just kicks ass all day long

 

No freakin way. not realistic dude zeratul is permenantly cloaked, tassdar can storm and hallu HALLU FTW

if kerrigan has detection, zeratul still kills her in 5 hits, 3 or 4 with tassadar's help

kerrigan can cloak, yes, but tass can storm, and if they have detection, bb kerrigan. she can ensnare and storm, so wat, she can only do that so many times, then, its zeratul/tassadar archon ftw

Tassadar is just too lazy to walk lol. insteads, he BLUES AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so yea, i think he would get the zlot leg enhancements lol

 

Without any hesitation:
1- Zeratul kicks butt
2- Tassadar's Ganthritor had insanely huge HP !!!!
3- Zeratul/Tassadar archon
4- Torrasque: on 1v1 heroe battle, he loses to Zeratul, but he s the 2nd most powerful hero.
And... who doesnt love a mighty Ultralisk hero?

 

i think that the archon > torra lol

the gantrithor supposedly took down a terran fleet singlehandedly. it should have stronger interceptors AND even more hp, like 1000 shields/ hp

Zeratul definitely

Zeratul hes a dark templar and does 100 damage wich means he kills almost every unit in 1 or 2 hits hes also a dark templar wich means hes always cloaked and he looks coll and says cool things. Dont know why he helped tassadar hes on last place on my list(weak ***).

 

Zeratul is a good hero. Now the most noble one for me. But as I said before Duran is the best one. Don't know why we haven't seen anything related to him in SC2. No allusion to him. He is strange, we don't know a lot about him. He's mysterious and that's this mystery that I like in him.

 

Something is wrong with Zeratul, I think that some colleague should smack down his face and wake him up from being a good and noble guy wanna be that hes trying to act. Imo, Zeratul, is one character that can change the outcome of starcraft and bring about SC3. Depending on his actions on the 3rd trilogy will we know if Zeratuls' character is really genuine. But for now, I'm crossing my fingers and wishing for a real "Dark" Dark Templar.

 

Hey, thanks to what you just wrote Freedom23 I am wondering about something. What will be the cover of the box of Starcraft 2 : Wings of Liberty ? It should be the face of Tychus Findley, for sure. Will he be a hero ? One of the most important Terran character ? And what about Raynor's face on the cover ?
Heart of the Swarm : the face of Kerrigan probably, like for Brood War (if she does not die in the storyline)
Legacy of the Void : the face of Zeratul. It will rock !! (if he does not die in the storyline)

And Duran ? Maybe, who knows, on the cover of SC3 ( in 20 years, of course ! )
