Who do you think will "Win" in SC2?

No it wasn't, the Overmind wanted to create the hybrids for him self, he wanted to add the protos into the swarm, so It was not in wain, yes the Yerg stil got out of it on top, bot would be unstopable without Tasadars act.

 

in my opinion i dont care if there is a expansion pack unless it contains more story...
but
it may just end with what zeratul said 'the end of all things' like the halos in (guess) halo

Then why listen to him? anyway i want the terran to come out on top. i mean cmon. they have been getting their asses kicked throughout the entire game. They deserve a win.

 

The Terrans have had a couple of great victories there problem is they keep getting brought back down to size in a later campaign.

And as for the poeple who think the Protoss have actually one here is a post i have made earlier in the thread.

 

well blizzard never lets a side truly "win" just maybe gain control. Then another side comes along and wtf pwns them.

 

no one is going to "win" because the story is going to continue in starcraft 3!

Actualy in BC Kerrigen did truly win, after the campaing she is litelary the queen b**** of the univerese (Korpul sector), if she would not pull back to Char, because of the feling there is something outside her knolige but important going on (Duran and the hybrids) she could destroy every enemy completly. She had the power and resources.

 

above me is right, but then now all other faction's in the korpulu sector is enemies with her because she pretty much betrayed them all, so to say i think shes soon going to be a screwed queen b**** of the universe

I think it is gonna be Z P T as a campaign order.

I think it will start off with the zerg preparing resources and buildings to deal with the impending threat. Kinda like a tutorial like it is in the other games. Then you figure out about the Xel'naga's return to stop the zerg and the protoss from causing any further damage. Finding Duran's hybrids and trying to get them part of the swarm then failing. Final zerg mission ends with Duran's death and halting hybrid production.

The protoss who are now completely aware of all this seek out an army to defend against the Xel'naga. Their warning work on Jimmy but fall on deaf ears else wise. Near the end Kerrigan agrees to help and suggests that they create their own hybrids and use them in a desperate attempt to destroy the Xel'naga. Jimmy and the Protoss keep a very close eye of her. Final mission ends with a creation of hybrids after meeting certain requirements.

I think the Xel'naga will assist the terran dominion in destroying the other races. More of a convenience alliance then anything else. Just until the Xel'naga can get back up on their feet. Jim Raynor doesn't trust the Xel'naga because of his experience with the protoss. In the end of the terran campaign I think Kerrigan will die but it won't be considered a victory. She will redeem herself just before she dies making it a sad death like she and Jimmy having a chat about the true intentions of the Xel'naga and her being killed right as he agrees with her.


Well blizzard already said the terran campaign was about Jimmy getting money at the beginning so this isn't possible but it was fun to write never the less.

 

I hope the throw a curve and make the last race lose...

yeah like that lvl where kerrigan got captured, at the last you will be overrun, the lvl will excist of 2 fases
fase 1: you destroy the enemy ion cannons
fase 2: you build as many defenses as you can to hold out for 20 mins so you can send the majority of your people in a xelnaga cruiser to another planet while the planet itself blows up

I think the Terrans will win.But this time,i hope we will be playing the Kel-Morian Combine instead.^^I like the feeling of beating Zerg Swarm,Dominion and Umojan Protectorate in the final mission.Kerrigan's attempt to infest Moria to end up in EPIC FAIL.^^As usual,i expect the terrans will be waging civil war so terrifying that Hitler is like a pussy.lol.

 

Personally I hope the Protoss come out on top in SC2. Though I dont want the terrans to fare to badly either I think the Protoss really need something positive to come out of this. In the first Starcraft they basicly lost everything. They lost their beloved homeworld to ruin, they lost an enormous amount of lives, and they lost a great deal of their military just holding onto what little they could retain. They're forced to live with the Dark Templar and aren't really who they were anymore. They need to reclaim Aiur and start to rebuild their society.

 

But they "won".
