Instead of having a one hand attack OR a two-handed attack...
    Let it have both!!!
Give it random attack animations. It could jump between left hand, right hand, and both hands.

It's sad that we can't make everybody happy about the Archons feet.
Imagine an Archon with just one leg... :p

Legs - YES. Walking - NO. Legs will be a mere reminiscence of Templars mortal form. Everybody happy? ;)

Not really. If it had legs but didn't use them it would be like the Archon doesn't have the power to use them. I am happy to see them with legs, but it would need more of that explosive energy to cover it's legs and torso more. Obviously the torso and legs wouldn't be completely drowned out and invisible because of it, but they would be harder to see. I'm also happy to see them without legs, like Samwise's concept drawing of it.

I like the idea of random attack animations, and I would be suprised if they don't put them in the game.
The reason for this? It's really simple actually: it's in the lates Warcraft games to and everybody loves it. And now there are several people from the Warcraft team working on Starcraft 2, I guess they are working on it already. (or at least plan on doing so)

Now some of you might say: "It wasn't in Starcraft 1 either." However, you have to keep in mind that it was very difficult to create super realistic grapichs in thos times, and it was already difficult enough to let ONE attack move look good.
