Now that I think of it, it would have to be some pretty badass anti air, or else it would probably be mostly useless. Air units are already more mobile, so they could mostly just run away. It would probably be only good as a base or expansion defense, or when attacking a fixed target, like a base, to keep enemy air off your back.
