    @ Fenix,

I've never had a problem w/ a Motorola. I like pretty much all their products... Phones, headsets, etc.

The only brand I really can't stand is LG. Had like two bad phones from them and my girlfriend had 3 in a row that broke. PFffffffft stick to refrigerator/TVs. LOL

I tend to start charging my phone in the afternoon and only pull it off in the morning, which is like 10+ hours of charging... 'too much' for charging, but when it's full it just doesn't charge it any further... and it definitely doesn't kill the battery.

True. My cousin's nokia 3315 phone got pwned a number of times already (run over by a motorcycle, fell to the stairs, got dismantled when dropped, fell to the swimming pool, etc) and it's still working until now without any damage to the software.

Actually Kuv, if your battery is Ni-MH or Ni-CD, it does hurt the battery. The constant electric flow basically cooks the gel inside the rechargeable battery, hardening it. When this happens, the batter forms what's called a memory, and though it'll take a charge, it'll stop releasing parts of it. The more you overcharge it, the more memory it forms, and the less charge it releases, causing both a shorter battery life as well being more prone to malfunction or bursting.

If you have a L-ion battery, you don't have to worry about it.
