What is your favorite new Terran Unit/Building?

I am missing the Crucio Tank in there!
Oh well, then it has to be the supply depo. Its just one of those things which proofs that Blizzard pays attention to what the players say and need.

PS: Why do you all love thor so much? I find it to be very overrated and very expensive toy for the fans of Transformers.

 

Since I don't like the Banshee attack nerf, I'm switching my vote to Viking.

Thor isn't the giant death machine is one, and Cobra needs to be changed to Jackal.

 

i'm ganna go with the marader.... that or the nomad.

 

This poll is getting a bit outdated, there are new units (marauder, medieval dropship, jackal)
and the starbase, cobra, praedator are taken out... I guess everybody knows that.
Btw adding the addons to the poll would be nice too..

I renounce the thor and its GTA attack i now am in love with the lowering SUply depots. YAY FOR NON TRAPPED UNITS

 

What I think is sad is that people choose the most powerful and biggest unit. To me this shows unintelligent people only go for the big stuff and are kind of... I can't find the right word... I would've chosen the Reaper because of the cliff-jumping and it being weak which makes it a balanced raiding unit. As opposed to the Thor which is a giant robot whose role overlaps with some other units.

 

The poll says favorite, and ussually most people like units that are either big, kill things a lot, or most powerful. If the poll was most efficient or bang for the buck, then it would probably be ok to call people unintelligent, even though it's still a strech since the game hasn't even come out yet.

That means that this unit is appreciated as it is now. So please don't try to ask for any modification of this unit. We don't want this unit to be reduced in its size.

I voted for the Marauder. It's one of the best ground support units and can help the Marines to no end, especially when up against Zealots or Zerglings. I hope its attack animation is changed though. Purple static doesn't really resemble hard-hitting, impact grenades.
I was tossing up between them, Viking and Banshee. The Viking's pretty awesome so it'll probably get enough votes as is, and the Banshee used to be awesome, but now it's all messed up.

 

If the majority of the voters voted for the THOR it is because they like its current appearance : a huge humanoid machine, built by a SCV, which uses its arms against the targets, and ESPECIALLY uses its "special" attack against the targets.

So if the Thor is esthetically modified, or if the special attack is cut, EVERYBODY WILL BE ANGRY.

 

Thor for good looks and great attacking potiential (spelling)

 

I love the Banshee, as it adds a new element to raids.

 

For me...

When Banshee gets its AoE missiles back it will rush past the Viking and claim gold.
