What is your favorite new Terran Unit/Building?

In the current build, it is a dedicated GtG unit. No GtA attack.

i thought they kept the GtA attack even though it was practically useless

 

I think that the Thor should have a slow GtA attack. It could be like a mobile flac cannon that amimation would be really cool looking.

 

ya but the thor is too catch any air units making it basically useless
if the thor start shooting at an unit it will just fly away and attack an different of ur army/base

 

They need to allow the Thor to have AA on its back and you deploy it into the AA mode where it has a very large range and it shoots long range missles.
Or maybe incorperate Radar tower mechanic and allow it to shoot air units in the FoW.

 

That came up in conjunction with the Siege Tank as well... but I fail to understand the reason to allow certain units to shoot and hit where they can't even see.

 

If it didn't have the Rader tower thing, it would have some super range and field of sight. But then again the Thor is the size of a building and it could serve as a portable survailence system with AA but that leaves it vulnrable to ground attack. Balances its self out. Feel free to change and add...

Anyways, it is cool CannonFodder, because the BC and CC already have those kinds of options.

 

the battle cruiser can build stuff on its back?
as far as i knew no units could do that, only buildings

 

A Battlecruiser can add one of two abilities for a price, giving it more firepower.
Yamato, and Plasma Torpedoes.

And wether the upgrade appears on its back or not is only aesthetical, I thought that we were discussing game mechanics here.

 

i though we were talking about adding abuilding like a detector or something like that. I knew about the weapons upgrade for the BC

 

I say thor, it is an all new way to kill from a distance, and hopefully it will be able to match the crucio in speed to be used in tandom.

 

The unit I think look the most coolest is the Banshee. Cloak + Culuster bombs aganist units like Marines = imba!

 

It doesn't have that spread fire anymore.

I picked the New Supply Depot. It is off the hook. I just hope that you can build over it.

 

lol, no you can't. But you can rise it back above surface to block choke points (and lower underground for your troops to pass)

 

Oh ok that kinda sucks. Well anyways i think that is very useful. Block an entrance and when the enemy comes lower it and let the Tanks come rolling out lol.
