Some of my very best gaming memories are in Bioshock, and a large part of that has got to be the music. It's incredible. Nothing beats violins in a deep see environment filled with creeps. Check ZealotInTuxedo's link.

Further, the latest patch in World of Warcraft replaced pretty much all of the old music back from 2005 with new tracks. They did a fantastic job, and I can recommend anyone who plays the game to turn on their music for a change. Especially if you play with high settings. Link's from a previous expansion, but I spend weeks there looking for a special mount. Which I have managed to get.
Storm Peaks

Everything from Zelda, ever. But Nintendo really managed to do something different for Twilight Princess. It doesn't even come close to Ocarina most of the time, but when Midna was injured and the following music played, I knew that this was one of those special titles only Nintendo makes.
Midna's Lament

All the music from Morrowind. That music will always be on my playlists. ^^
Peaceful Waters

I could keep this up forever, adding new games till my fingers hurt, but I won't. Just one classic to add here: the Super Mario series. Who hasn't been humming those tunes every once in a while, while they aren't even playing? Exactly.
