It happens. Sometimes I lose like 5 games in a row, other times I win 5 in a row. Part of the game.

It just depends who you get matched with. If your strategy works, keep playing it and adjust where neccessary and you should win more than you lose.

I have what I call a ten second rule. That means I never take more than 10 seconds to get over a defeat, no matter how miserable. Helps get me over losses quickly.

If it takes you 2 hours to go through 4 bases, you should look into making more workers. 9 times out of 10 that alone will get you a lot more wins. A good rule of thumb: never stop making workers, ever. When you hit 30 in a patch, just split half of them off to an expansion. I think I've only ever had one game, out of ~1000, where I was like, " wow, I have too many workers."

When I hit a big loss streak, I just stop playing for a few hours. That way I can log back on in a different, hopefully better, state of mind.

When I loose matches in row, I usually go play single-player. :D

I go and watch the replays. If i'm losing that badly it may be sign that I need to rethink part of my stratergy. In all fairness tho, I take defeats prety well anyway.

whether i win or lose i take a small 5 minete break to get me ready for the next game, today ive been doing well, moved from 30th to 19th in gold league ( played 11 won 8 ) But if i do lose i will either watch the replay to see what i did wrong or how to improve, or if i know what i did wrong i keep it in the back of my mind, i really dont mind losing i think good players will lose games from time to time or how else would you learn?
