I just thought another sneaky tactic......sending your worker to check your opponent's base sneakly hehehehe
And the other is to send in lots of mutas unexpectedly and killing your opponent's base

I hate when Protoss opponent goes to Corsair scout on my Overlords... Sometimes (playing as Zerg) I'm going on fast exp on opponent's nearest exp with cover of Zerglings, then 5 drones from main base to morph on Sunken Colonies there. Risky and works only against noobs :)

Firebat drops in the worker supply are one of the most effective worker killers, especially with stim packs.

I don't get a chance to do it often, but nuking an expensive army or fleet can be a lot of fun. The killer nuke might go unnoticed if a few other nukes are dropped on expansions.

I nuked a fleet of 15 BCs one time. i had 12 Siege Tanks, and 12 Goliaths, so I was kinda screwed, and he knew it. He was typeing to me bragging about how good he was, when I sent in 10 Ghosts, all cloaked, Locked down all of them ,and nuked em. GG

I use Siege tanks + Marines. thats especially effective against zergs cuz Siege tanks blow away
buildings and sunkens cant harm em cuz they re out of their range and marines kill the air units.

I wouldn't really think so to be honest, they're too fragile. Hell, against a bunch of SCV's, I'd put money on the miners.

Early game, I would burrow a few drones around the map. If I was going to loose. I would build a new base quickly, and out of the way. With a few units burrowed, I could sometimes buy enough time to 'attempt' a comeback. Rarely works, but it's fun to annoy your opponent.

Like crab grass, i will come back : P
(I did survive a few rushes that way.)

I remember this one time where I was zealot rushed and I got completely owned, then I lifted off to an island expo and eventually I beat him.

That's always fun to do, come back from a MASSIVE disadvantage like that, and then win. How did you manage to do that? (Like, what units, tactics, etc.)

I don't see how WIck did it. If you floated over to an island, protoss should have just massed scouts or transports, along with some corsairs with static field upgrade to stop defences from fighting back.

Sure his economy would have been the best, but heshould have been able to build a few air units rather quickly.

A zergling rush works pretty well. Just upgrade Atleast two armor and attack, adrenal, and metaboolistic movement(or whatever) and get 5 or 6 overlords. Load most of them up with lings, and it's complete chaos. Doesn't hurt to have a dtistraction. Zerglings with max upgrades are surprisingly good. You have 24 damage every second(three attacks per second or something like that) times whatever amount of lings you have. Have 6 zerlgings at end game and it can pwn a barracks in seconds. But then who would have 6 zerglings? More like 2032135203216543203. =D SO yeah, Zerglgin drops work with upgrades.

I dont think its really that sneaky, but I love it when a teammate tries to backstab me by massing me with their army, just to have them mowed down by my 12-15 siege tanks and 2 fleets of BC's. Oh, and the best part is seeing them quit the game after you've wiped out their army =P

I found a really cool video at Starfeeder.com about this sneaky lurker strategy. i havnt tried it yet but I think it is fukcin really cool. (im mainly a protoss player so I probably suck too much at zerg to try this one out). have any of you guys done this before?

ps, that really is a sneaky tactic but if one if prepared for it, it can be countered by trying to build/land a structure - though this doesn't work on the tiles that don't allow this by default.

So that is how to do it. I'd tried it before. but I couldn't get them to stop attacking. So in order to do it, you turn the enemy to ally, then swap as they are walking over the lurkers. Very sneaky, now if only I could try it on b-net, but my b-net won't work.
