WarCraft IV?

Maybe the WarCraft4 will ignore the events of World of Warcraft.

 

it's possible that you would have to "replay" certain things like killing illidan or arthas on an rts scale. Maybe not ignore those events as much as you have to play them in a different setting.

 

Or maybe there won't be WarCraft 4 at all. LOL

 

man wow killed illidan.... that sucks he was one of the coolest heros.....

yes warcraft 4 will be 10x better than starcraft 2. =x

LOL Illidan was also one of my favorite characters and Arthas was also one of my favorite characters but there will be other huge strong characters like Kil'Jeadan etc they might even introduce new strong characters probably the King's son in Stormwind will be 'uber' strong

 

haha it seems like were all fine with it solely because SC2 is coming out ^_^

 

If it is made it would probably be released in 2012 - 2013. So I doubt I would play it.

 

Wait, I have a question. Sorry, I'm a total WoW n00b. But didn't Arthas kill Illidan in a 1 on 1 fight as one of the end scenes in Frozen Throne? I thought that happened right before Arthas became the "LichKing?" How do u get to kill Illidan again in WoW?

This is a blind guess but I think Illidan got resurrected in the Burning Crusade.

 

I had thought he was banished to outworld and was trying to elude the burning legion.

 

Illidan was wounded badly in his fight with Arthas but did not die (they did not say this in WC3, possibly just made it up to get him in WoW or wanted this to happen all along and just made it seem like he died at the end of WC3). He fled to Outland and got depressed and spent most of his time listening to Fall Out Demon or My Chaos Romance or something

 

LOL I'd like that he returns in WC4.

 

he failed to kill arthas he didnt die and returns to outland with his allys

 

Although right now I am eagerly awaiting SC2 (aren't we all?), I would love to see a fourth installment of Warcraft some time in the future. Probably won't happen sooner than 2011, if that.

I wonder how many of us will be in retirement homes by the time Starcraft 4 is released. ;D

 

/\ if they do a starcraft every 10 years, then we probably won't be in retirement. Not most of us anyway.

 

PErhaps in WC4 you play through some of the important event of WoW, only to find out once you kill Illidan and his allies, it was a mistake or an evil plot. Then a powerful enemy IIlidan was facing/ hiding from emerges.
