warcraft...fun?

LOL, yeah, Arthas looks funny in Reign of Chaos, and he is never happy it seems. Then this gets me cracked up: When you command Arthas to do something, he will say "For my father" sometimes. Then, at the end of the Human campaign, he becomes part of the Undead, and kills his father. Whoa. HAHAHA!

 

Yeah, Arthas goes pretty damn cracked in the campaigns. I hated how in the undead campaign of FT Arthas would steadily lose levels and all you had was the Crypt Lord. Good hero, but pisses me off.

i think the death knight from wc2 looked so much better Arthas , he looks like a crack head baggy eyes and long hair they should gave him a helmet to cover up that hideous mug like in the pics for wrath of lich king

yea, arthas does look to old and wrinkly when he's evil though... lol.

 

as for the ppl here, warcraft isnt as good as i thought it would be...

I hope in Starcraft 2 the limit of the units will be increase well ithink in the zerg there will be more limit because did you saw those zerglings they are too many.. isnt in starcraft 1 1 is equivalent to 2 zerglings ???

 

never really liked WC3 except dota

I'll be glad when DotA stops being so popular; I get so tired of hearing about it, and all it's about is a few heroes killing each other so they destroy a bunch of strangely alive pillars; when you think about it, that is a very good definition of what DotA is all about. I don't know, I think I'm just feeling very critical right now, and I'm liking it. Anyway, it's not I like you're gonna buy WC3 just for DotA, right? What? Stop looking at me like I'm stupid!

 

Oh, yes, Warcraft 3 is heaps of fun! The heroes and the campaigns are probably the best features of the game in my opinion, and the races are very diverse and entertaining to play with. MP games are not as fast as Starcraft, but that is not a bad thing necessarily, just different. So yes, when it comes to WC3, two enthusiastic thumbs up! :good: :good:

 

I like it for the custom maps. And I don't really see the point of DoTA, its a little boring in my opinion, I prefer the TD games myself, namely Wintermaul.

i hope the starcraft 2 editor is even better than the warcraft 3 one!

 

Dota is a kind of Map known as Aeon of Strife. If i remember right the concept actually started as SC map in relation to the "Aeon of Strife" from the Protoss backstory. But Fan-Map history isn´t exactly my strengh, I may be wrong about that.

Dota focuses on Hero duels and Items, the allied creeps are hardly more than cannonfood.

 

just imagine 3C with more items, less skill

 

War 3 was for UMS and campaign. The map editor for War3 is really fun, haha. Easy to use as well

Heh, but Blizzard made way more money from that than all the other games combined. Nowadays, money ALWAYS come first.

 

as far as MMO's go WOW is one of the best, and money always came first
