    do you click the forum site and then vote on it? Cuz when I do it says redirecting, and goes to the home page.

    Or is there supposed to be a voting button next to the site name

    Click on the button in my profile, right?

    You should then see an "Anti-Cheat Gateway", at which point you click on the button that says "Vote for Starcraft2forum.org".

    You have to vote once, cuz next votes will not count, I think. There's probably IP tracking system, so same IP cannot vote twice.

    Yes but you can still "vote," but it won't count.

    He should still be able to "vote."

    It's once a day per IP address. So you can change computers and vote twice so long as you're not on the same router :D.

    umm... that's not cheating. That's just using another computer.

    Different IPs is fair game. Actually, I believe if you use a proxy (like a school network) you can vote a number of times.

    I submit at least 4 votes a day.
