    I have soundtracks for:
    StarCraft
All numbered FF games, as well as Tactics and Crystal Chronicles
    Chrono Trigger
    Total Annihilation: Kingdoms
    BioShock
    Portal
    C&C Tiberian Sun
    Animal Crossing
    Super Smash Bros: Melee (Orchestrated)
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
(parts of) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
    Yoshi's Island
    Yoshi's Story

If I were to pick a game as my favorite based on music, I'd go for Chrono Trigger, but each game has its own gems...and bits of coal.

There are many places on the Internet where OSTs can be found for free in some form or another, as well as places where you can find arrangements and remixes. If you can think of game with good music, you'll probably be able to find it if you look in the right places.

Anything with Nobuo Uematsu connected to it is going to have an amazing soundtrack.

That reminds me... Super Smash Bros. Brawl will have an amazing, amazing soundtrack. They have 36 video game composers contributing music and Nobuo Uematsu among them. Can you think of any other piece of media, at all, that has/had 36 composers working on it?

Hey, I already mentioned that Brwal will have a killer soundtrack. The songs they have so far on the official website are much better than the ones they had for melee.

I'm deaf so like, yeah. (not really, but when it comes to music it's not really big difference)
Most of all FF music and Chrono Cross - especially the intro music.
There are many others I WOULD like but I just don't hear music while playing unless I specifically try to pay attention to it :/ I can tell that the music is playing anytime, but for example if I have some album playing while surfing net etc. I only notice that songs change after like fourth or more

I really like the music from the Prince of Persia 2 and 3. If someone could find it I would be very grateful. ;)

lol, I only hear out of my left ear, hearing aids can't help me. But I'm fine with it, the only thing I'm not supposed to do is wear headphones.

Cause it's more concentrated than regular speakers.

People who use them have a 25% larger chance of at least partial deafness, and people who use 'earbuds' have a 45% larger chance.

correct, headphones or earphones direct more sound into the ear than a regular speaker. The reason its not recommended to turn up the volume on your headphones is because of the more consentrated sound, the inner ear can become damaged from it.

Inside the ear are small hairs that pick up vibrations in the air. By the frequency of these vibrations, the hairs and the nerves they are connected to, can determin what kind of sound is being produced and sends signals to the brain to tell it what is being heard.

What happened when they are blasted by loud noise from headphones to the inner ear is the fault that the hair are very fragile. The loud, high frequency vibrations can easily bend and break the tiny hairs in the ear, but these hairs never grow back. Thus, hearing damage is generally a permanent disability. But, hearing aid can help people hear betters because they help whatever hairs are left pick up any vibrations that are there.

That is not the case with me, however. My problem is permanent nerve damage to the sensory nerve in the inner ear, the ones directly attached to the hairs. Because the nerves don't work, I have almost 100% hearing loss in my right ear, and a hearing aid would do nothing to help. Therefor, I'm not supposed to use headphones so my left ear will not take hearing damage as well.

Its been fine for 18 years, the mysterious part is that no one knows when I became deaf or how. I problem was before the 90's, checkups on a baby's health and physicals weren't routine like they are today. So I may have been deaf in that ear before I was born, but there is no proof to show that.

Also I had breathing problems when I was first born, and the medicine I was given did have a history of causing hearing problems, but between hearing issues and possible death from lack of oxygen; my parents decided to play it safe and give my the medicine.

Another hypothesis it that I may have happened by the chronic ear infections I had as a baby, bad enough that I was sent to the emergency room many time because of how bad they were,to the point of having tubes but it to try to stop the infections from getting worst.

It wasn't until I was 3 years old that my parents noticed that I always turned my head to the right when listening to them. That was their first clue that something wasn't right about my hearing. The doctors did a hearing test and determined that I was not responding to noises sent into my right ear. However, the cause of deafness is still unknown.

They're experimenting with chips that can help that kind (Issues with the nervous system), so just hang in for a couple years, they'll most likely be able to fix you up. to at least 50%

Yeah, I have heard about scientist trying to create body parts and creating replacements for damaged tissue. Haven't heard about 'chips' though, that does sound good. I wonder how much it would cost to do when it would actually be available to the public.

About the hanging on part, it never really affected me too much because as people say, how can you miss something you never had? I have wondered what it would be like, but I've never been depressed over it.

The strangest thing I've noticed about by hearing is that depending on the source of the sound, I hear completely different pitches of it. The pitch is much higherwhen my left ear is facing it than if my right ear was.

Also, they said that the only thing I would hear out of my right ear would be a jet engine if it was placed next to my ear, but seriously, when would that happen, lol?

Back on Topic (Not to be a grump lol)...

Dawn of War + 2 Expansions had amazing game music. I absolutely loved it.
Also I would have to say Heros of Might & Magic 3 + 5 (Heard #4 sucked so I didn't get it) was awesome.
SC Terran & Zerg music was ok but Protoss was crappy.
    Warcraft 3 has good music.
Diablo 1 + 2 has good music (I think 1's music was more scary)
Total Annihilation had good music (The regular one not Kingdoms [Which sucked compared to 1st one])
