Unit Potraits

Yeah that's what I meant. They just put 1 common picture for the Protoss race since they had nothing done yet.

It'd be cool if there were slight variations for portraits of the same units you know... So they don't always look like exact clones.

Atleast for Terrans, I don't think I'd notice with Protoss or Zerg.

 

They still haven't worked out all the details, I'm pretty sure by the time they do release SC2 everything will be in place as well as the talking portraits and animated portrait functions will all be in place justlike SC1

 

blizz just dont want us to see them yet. ofcourse all units have new portraits and speeches which im pretty much excited about.

 

Yea, they're definatly not doing that. How weird would it be to have a collosus have the portrait of a zealot, or something like that. Also I think the ddetail in the new portraits looks awesome.

 

yes it is. the new zealot portrait looks amazing.it looks like from a high quality cinematics or something. i just can't stop comparing it on warcraft 3 unit portriat. lol.

can't wait to see all units portraits specially the thor.

 

SC2's in game graphics are about as good as SC1's cinamatics. If not better.

 

better. those graphics were utter shit. not then, of course, but now.

 

It's just that blizz did not finish the other individual portraits since they shown the demo, the date around they announced it seems to be too early for them to finish the individual portraits so there is nothing wrong really but hopefully there will be individual portraits
