how the system works:

under 'diplomacy' there is an option called 'vassels'. After you click it, a few tables apear. The first table has a column labeled "Honor points". These points are needed to vasselize others or indepenedsize yourself.

You gain honor points once per hour every day you play. The number of points you get is determined by the number of planets you have. Take however many planets you have, and divide them by 20 and that is your total
ex.) I have 100K planets, my daily point income would be 100K/20=5K points/hour.

Now, in order to vasselize someone(make them a vassel) you need 10 points for every planet they have.
ex.)ijffdrie has 83K planets, thus, in order to make him my vassel, I need 83K*10 points=830Kpoints
