Tychus Findlay

Anyone noticing hes wearing blue armor? Granted Blizzard has varied from their color stereotype in cinematics in the past but isn;t blue typically the color of the colonial militia?

 

I never actually thought of the colour as something special, but i DO remember that the first few missions with the Terrans in the original had the colour blue for the team. Were those guys colonial militia?

 

I think blue is the color of Raynor's Raiders.

 

You're probably right. But wasn't the colonial militia the guys you play as in the first Terran campaign that turn into Jim's raiders? If that's the case, then you're both right! ;D

Maybe he was framed

 

Are they going to make the heroes, like in Warcraft 3, bigger than the standard units in Starcraft 2? Because it may look strange to have a bunch of average sized marines standing around with a significantly larger sized marine, (such as Tychlus Findlay).

 

Well some marines will obviously be taller or bigger than others, but I don't think that'll be the case.

 

Tychus is HUGE in the cinematic. If the SC2 heroes do look different from normal units (And I hope they do), I wouldn't be surprised if Tychus was bigger.

 

It'd be cool if he had some sort of super stim pack ability. That and a grenade... That should be all of his abilities.

 

But the depends how much bigger they make him, a little isn't bad, but warcraft III overdid it a little.

I think he'll play a big part (how I don't know) but that he'll be an anti-hero kind of guy. He's not a (former) lawman like Raynor was and judging by his rep sheet I don't think he's a political prisoner or anything like that.

I might if it was $100 or less but thats just way overpriced.

 

He'll just end up separated from the other Terrans and he'll end up killing everything just to survive... Just like all not-so-good FPSes. >
