Twilight Archon now has lame appearance.

They are not heros wow. How many times do we need to explain this to you people. Argh, makes me wanna send out some power downs.

Unit wise an Archon would be a better base defender than a Queen. But her abilities make up for it.

A super unit is something which out-performs all others at every task.
Starcraft wise, a hero is a basic unit of that type which is stronger than the rest, e.g. Zeratul = Stronger dark templar.

 

i cant say the same for that, i meant the HT archons... they didnt have armor and just bare skin, thats what i mean...

 

Where can i find this new archon? I know its probably right in front of me but i dont see it.

Its called adapting to change my friend. Plus this is an Archon make from a HT and DT merging. Armor simply implies it was merged with a HT and DT since it has armor similar to the DT.

 

Well ur not getting what i'm saying. they removed an ability just because of 2 single units. now i dont see the protoss handling other casters to well, and plz dont say the Nullifier will be enough to handle other casters cause it wont. I'd much rather drain the living hell out other casters then pwn there face in with a power house attack then waist 2 units that had abilities or talents that would be more useful especially the high templar

 

Yes. That is called balance.

Plus how often did you actually use feedback effectivly in Sc1? I know I've never used it in a proper battle.
Also I doubt they removed it jus because of the Queen and Mothership. Motherships won't even be used much since most battles are over within 9 mins on average.

IMO, High Templars and Nullifier are great against casters. Null void stops them from using their energy anyway, so its pretty much a feedback since they'd be dead by the time it runs out.

Theres only one Archon now.

There is no DT Archon. In the current build an Archon is made from combining one HT and one DT.

 

eh...you can create Archon with 2 DT,2HT or 1DT+!HT,that why we call them Twilight Archon

Lol its just an Archon now, they removed the twighlight part. Wow we need like an update thread or something... nobody knows the recent changes.

 

Psionicz you should now that in 10 days that thread would have uncorrect information, and no one would use 3 hours a day keeping and searching for the right info!

 

There should be a unit update thing on the site then? It might work. Like somewhere you go on the site and it shows all the units. You click on one and it shows all its updates?

 

THis site or? No one has the time to keep up with all those data´s, even not me, and im on like 1/2 of the time.

 

The unit update came when Joneagle_X went to the Blizzard HQ and reported, to the whole site, that the Twilight Archon was just the Archon now. Finding this information would not require incredible effort at all.

Because my post was a answer to this post. So i writed that even I wouldnt be able to keep such a feature running, because of all those updates!
