    That isn't a bad idea, before goliaths had missles, they used to have a flamethrower when the units got close enough.

    The Firebat is a cheap tactic for defending against a Zergling swarm. Along with bunkers, but Overlords can just drop the 8 Zerglings a safe distance behind any Terran line. sorry guys, have to vote 'Out of game'.

    It's cheap because it's effective? Then by that standard, Hydralisks are just cheap tactics for defending against air units.

    i think the firebat should return as a mech(goliath like) fot it to be save. yes a LOT bigger, and maybe a tier 2 unit.

    I agree. The Firebat should become a hard arse mech. Make it a proper support unit. I don't mind it not being bunkerable. I think Blizz are trying to hang on to that idea too much.
