Nah, it depended what kinda game you wanted. I'm good with strategy, but I'm no gGod at it, which is prolly why i like the Diablo series better

 

Which is real time tactics more or less.

You should have learned it from geass, but Real time tactics, are no match for strategy.

And SC is so many times better the D2, I never played D1.

 

Have you even played melee wc3 its a lot like AoE except the whole hero thing is annoying lmao plus as stated sc>d2 anyday, why do more people still play sc? Case Closed :O

Actually Can_2 a study undertaken between jan-october found that Diablo2 was in the top 10 most played PC games of the year. Diablo 2 has a far larger casual mass following than SC which is mostly played be the crazy fanatics like us and Koreans.

bottom line is, if blizz does make the payment a requirement, I think almost all of you will END UP paying it in the long run IF:

It is under 10$ monthly charge or under a 50$ yearly/one time payment.

Also, if the game gets awsome feadback and is balanced like starcraft(which could take 5 years like sc did)

But in the end, youll all pay and I think blizz knows this. It isnt much different then paying for MMO's or Xbox live, which ALL of you do.

i don't pay for anything like that. mmos=ripoff. and as for xbox live, i don't have one. once i'm out of my own i'll pay for internet, but not add costs to it. i'll just find a way around it, like i know a lot of gamers due (ie closed servers on wow hosted by other systems that don't route fully through the WoW servers so you don't have to pay to play)

IM sure if bnet charges people alot of people will leave n i cant wait for sc2 but i hate that they r only releasing the terran campaing first

 

It would be cool if they integrated the Bnet server like USEast and all with SC2, not the BS WoW server crap they got going.
