Linkin Park is NOT screamo! Not even close. Linkin Park makes nu-metal. If you want some good scream check out city of caterpillar or poison the well.

Haha that is so true. Myself I like flashy t-shirts with weird designs, normal jeans, high nike sneakers and I have dreadlocks. Imagine me going to a metal show (which I do offen) and now imagine the retarted looks from the 'true' metalheads.

 

well, emo isn't really on the fashion, its really on the music. the genre is pretty much bastardized because of some stupid fashion and those whining. i like emo but i also like my hair short and neat. lol.

thanks for the honest post. just remember that you don't listen to a certain kind of music because your friends like that music. always be a free thinker and think for yourself.

Pop-Neo-Metal should describe Linkin Park.
