Okay! I admit defeat! I'm outnumbered and outgunned!

 

Stirlitz, let me rub it in your face.

This is all lore.

The gameplay and lore don't necessarily have the same "mechanics".

Where the hell are dark archons, lurkers, wraiths, goliaths, scourge, scout, awesome motherships, reavers, and the such?

The lore doesn't necessarily make sense with the missing units either.

THERE.

 

Dark Archons have been given the campaign off by zeratul, that's official! And they took the motherships for recreation purposes. I dunno what the heck happened with reavers, but I think they're back in production, rumours say they're making colossi parts.

And ouch, it burns!

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?!

 

There was this awsome protoss gathering on Shakuras and Raszagal wasn't there cause she went all infested and Zeratul killed her cause she smelled bad and in that gathering the dark archons said: Hey zeratul, we can't stand the smell, can we have the next campaign off? And Zeratul was kind enough and replied: Yes, oh Enigmatic Dark Archons. I know you are people two and recuire some rest, you may take the next campaign off.

Thing is that zeratul tricked them cause the next campaign was terran and didn't have any protoss in it, asside from zeratul who had a contract worth loads of minerals and he'd be stupid if he didn't show up cause there was money at stake.

So the dark archons got pissed off and mind controlled the mothership pilot and the whole reaver district of shakuras(reavers create useful stuff so it's good to have them with you when going on vacation) boarded up the ship and left for warmer climates. Rumours say that the mothership pilot would rather be with the archons than zeratul cause life on shakuras is quite boring.

Well that's the official version. If you want rumours too(I let slip the one about the mothership pilot) I know lots, but be warned: there's no confirmation!
