Terrans the WORST race???

As i said in the thread: Protoss too strong?.... we havent really seen enough to make any conclusions about the power of each race. the fact that protoss have the coolest graphics and terran graphics seem not as shiny doesnt have any effect on how strong a race is because we dont know the hp/dmg/cost of units in all the races.

 

You should have waited until more units were revealed before you made the assumption that Protoss will totally own Terran. Since you posted this, here is what has changed.

For Terrans:
Thor has been added
They got a HUGE airforce
BCs got new abilities
Siege Tanks got more powerful
Terrans got a Radar building that warns them about attacks
Vikings added (goliath and valk all in one)

For Protoss:
Mothership weakened
Reavers removed *sob*
Soul hunters removed

Now that the Terrans have more than 3 units are the Protoss still more powerful?

 

I don't agree. You can't know the exact hippoints for the units. I dont think Terrans are that weak.

Nah. Terrans are not weak. By the looks of it, their units are more of the HIT and RUN type

ya i have to agree, we are going to have to wait for more info on em before we think anything. The terrans and protoss seem pretty strong on each side so we cant really make any assumptions yet.

 

Terrans are never weak even their marine can raise chaos with their numbers and stim packs.

 

Small note from a German Games convention coverage: The EMP is still a Missile right now.

 

Its the player that gets the win, not the race.

True,but race selection really helps the player to really show they potential though.

 

you haven't even play the game yo stop complaining just because some units got scrapped like people said this is sc2

 

Like I predicted, once Terrans are revealed no one would be complaining about it. Reason some complained was because at that time, no one knows anything new about the Terrans. All they knew was the new aged Protoss which was vastly superior compared to the old aged Protoss.

I'm sure that a lot of you guys are wondering what the Zergs will get in order to compensate the new aged Protoss and Terrans in SC2. They will indeed, need alot because both the Protoss and Terrans are getting soaped up majorly.

I didn't know Yoda ever said lol (and it's not slang).

If we knew all the facts, this would mean something, but since we don't, this is all sort of asinine. Also, the only proper answer to the question "What is the best race?" is "Whichever the best player has". I'm so sick of people saying "____ sucks" or "_____ is the best" when they're all insanely balanced. Any speculation otherwise is done under the impression that everyone plays the same way (which, obviously, they/we don't).

But seriously, can we please stop taking ANYTHING we've seen thus far as fact? What we've seen has changed so much just in the last few months, and seeing as how we have quite a bit to go, it's utterly pointless to make any real speculations until we at least have a working Beta.
