Terrans the WORST race???

i like the idea of the hunter killer, torrasque, and air mine.
for the defiler, the thing that infests stuff is the succubus.

 

Hunter Killers aren't a Hydra-evolution, Torrasque ain't either, they're just special strains derived from the Hydralisk/Ultralisk base strain, respectively. Not aspects and not evolutions.

 

I know they aren't evolutions that why i said change them a bit.

 

i'd really love the idea of a hunter killer.
ever thought hydralisks just weren't the firepower you wanted? well, imagine a stronger hydralisk. the hunter killer. now equipped with advanced spines, to deal even more damage. their thick carapaces given even more armor. Ladies and gentlemen. the great weapon of war.

 

I think the Zerg will get a major revamp.
This was stated in the PC Gamer magazine Podcast. Perhaps, they are going to be totally different?

Maybe they don't need creeps anymore? Or maybe the Overlords are revamped?
I don't know, those 2 seems to be an important aspect of the Zergs. Without creeps, I'm fine, but if Blizzard decides to axe the Overlord, I'm afraid I'm going to fire a petition because the Overlords is something soo unique and yet soo awesome in the same way.

 

I think they will definitely keep creep because remember, they want to make the races even more different from each other and creep is a big difference. Same with the overlord.

 

Terran will turn out fine... I mean they just haven't developed them yet.

 

I'm pretty sure they've developed all the races, they just haven't revealed them yet.

Are u doubting blizzards ability to balance? Even if the protoss have ultra powerfull units they can always :thumbup: the cost. Collossus 400/250. Siege tank 150/100. Mothership 400/400 Thor 300/200
Theres many many ways to balance and blizzard will find the equalibrium

I think that has already been settled.

Although we could still use some more detail on Terran, so far Terran looks very promising to say the least. I personally think that even with fewer detail, right now Terran looks more interesting than Protoss.

I think SC2 as a whole is coming along nicely.

 

Looking back at this post, it's funny to see how peoples opinion change.
As of now, many people think that the Terrans are much better than the Protoss but this is due to the reason that the Terrans new units/mechanics are fresh and new while the Protoss stuff are like ancient history. This will continue on until all the Zergs units/mechanics are fully released. Then after all the hype of the new units/mechanics have died down, we can then start judging.

 

I'm sometimes very tempted to worry that Blizzard would be flat out of tricks for Zerg, but that's because I'm a Zerg addict. I mean, that's just silly nonsense... right?

 

i hope. if zerg doesnt get anything good, ill be sad, because the zerg were the crazy cool race.

 

Haha, the way I think is that, they are getting rid of the (not so cool) concepts/mechanics out of the way first which is the Protoss and Terran. Then, they will keep all the cool stuff for the Zergs ;D ;D ;D.

Haha, kind of stilly too. But, I'm sure the Zergs are going to be groundbreaking because I remembered the PC gamer interview with that guy that went to Blizzard was saying that Blizzard has something groundbreaking for the Zergs.

Even if it isn't groundbreaking, I wouldn' t be disappointed as long as it has changes similiar to the Terran and the Protoss. Because we all knew how groundbreaking the Terrans and Protoss were introduced into the public. Everyone was in ohhhh's and ahhhh's. I'm sure Blizzard won't disappoint.

Like I said before, I think the most complicated of all the races to make is the zerg. I hope they have something groundbreaking...it might even make have the urge to want to play zerg a couple of games

or also add a new one, like some kinda of laser shoot down from some battle station in space.......that could be cool too.
anyway, it would be cool to add a new units for human like ( immortals )....like some new battlesuit

 

I'm sure Zerg will be all the rage when they are revealed. I really wasn't that excited about the new Protoss units maybe because I dont really like the immortal and stalkers design. Which were just new looking dragoons anyway.

 

overload probably wont be that much more powerful then a valkarie, but the conditions for it will even it out. assuimng the valkarie is still here.

what i think will be the death of the protoss is the EMP, since the protoss now have two units that rely heavily on sheilds, immortals and tempest.
