    Awesome! Nice find.

They look just like Starcraft's guardians in the front but in the back they have this long tail.

It looks pretty good but I think the tail is a bit too long.

Not really clear pictures. It's difficult to see similarities with the guardians. Those remember me R-Type units

its really hard to identify what the unknown thing is... its dark / black so i dont think its a unit. looks like a canon, a barracade, a beetle, etc.... only part of it is shown and from the angel it could be anything (doodad, new building, or a unit).

Great find Zeratul! If you don't mind I'll be posting these as news items. ;)

Remind me to give you bonus minerals when the mineral system is back which should be in a couple of weeks. Also, Congrats on your 2,000th post!

Also, that unit in the bottom left does look a bit like the new Nomad, but I can't be sure because you can only see half of it.

But it does look similar to that. ;) :D

Thanks for sharing. I was really damn curious to see those guys.

Maybe they are meant to be blurry units in game. JK of course. They look great from what we can make of em.

I think I can clarify for you guys whats in this picture. It is just 1 Swarm Guardian and an Ultralisk. However, what I find is incredibly awesome is that I think the Ultralisk was dropped down from the Swarm Guardian! The shadows that are labeled unknown are for what I think are the Guardian and the Ultra. The Swarm Guardian itself looks almost identical to the original. Just thought I would post these observations and prove I still exist.

recently ive been thinking about this swarm guardian concept, and im not sure about its spawn broodling ability, is it like the SC1 queen where u micro it or will it be a passive evo. upgrade that turns its destroyed organic units into broodlings??

anyway if it will be passive its gonna be a bit overpowered considering its superior range and now infused with a deception ability! i cant see how it will turn out so im guessing theyll sooner or later have it on the balance discussion or something...

@ShdwyTemplar. No wai. The Ultralisk is way bigger than that.

The vague shape reminds me of lobsters. I like how the units will be more than just a block by having tails and appendages that follow their movement rather than statically mimic it, if you know what I mean.

Great find. But an official high resolution shot of it would be nice.

i just have one question, how the hell did you get your hands on this? Moving on, the new guardian reminds me of a lobster.

@Freedom, Guardians are pretty slow and easy targets anyway, the Broodlings have been weakened.

It went from a crab to a lobster then, haha. Either way, it's too blurry to see, if those are the models I'll miss my flying crabs. But flying lobsters aren't bad either, so i'm cool. The Guardians still a Guardian.
