I'm against facial piercings. I dont mind when people have earrings, but imo, having rings hanging from the nose, lips, eyebrows, etc., it just doesnt look right. It always makes people look more...tribal/barbaric/gangster to me.

I'm against piercings, but earrings for women (i.e., the most general stuff) I like. As for not being allowed piercings at school, I can understand that. I attended a secondary school where we worked with drills and other machinery and no-one was allowed to wear such things or have long hair loosely, for our own safety. That said, I would've preferred to allow everyone wear whatever they wanted and then admire the mess they'd be after a close encounter with a drill.

 

Safety comes first. I don't like the idea that a woman can take control by pulling any rings attached to my body. Especially a Prince Albert.

@Ace, you should learn to use google for your education. I'm pretty sure getting the explanation is less "interesting" thans Google image searching for it. XD

 

i think people should be able to get a piercing, whenever they want, wherever they want..... i might get my ears pierced later as well(this is quite common for dutch men)

i would never want any other pierces though

 

I don't really use piercings...actually i never had piercings anywhere around me, unless braces are counted as piercings

 

I don't really have a Prince Albert, I was joking. No one is getting close to me there with sharp objects.

@Vasz, I can see where you would have to take them out for such a class. I wouldn't want the ripped out either. However, you should be able to wear them, when not around such machinery.

 

Yeah, I really just threw in the option for the PA Piercing for s--ts and giggles, since I doubt I'd find anyone willing to perform a Prince Albert on someone my age. Or, at least, anyone willing who is not a registered sex offender XD

Also, who the heck would want a PA? I'd imagine the risk for infection is pretty high

 

The only piercings I like at all are ears on girls and MAYBE (pushing it) a stud in the nose.

I like when girls have piercings higher up their earlobes too.

Well, that's probably because that's the only piercing you've seen on me.
Probably going to just go for the eyebrow, get it redone, and LITHA this time. Also going to try and not hit on guy's girlfriends on the bus, especially when they're on the school's football team XD
