    I expected better from a moderator. It clearly says "June 22nd" is the day that all videos must be submitted by.

    He may missed the "end submission date" but that does not mean that this is the day of the final results..

    which is what that "when does this competition end?" could it mean..

    No. The competing ends on June 22nd, therefore, the competition ends on that day.

    Great contest, I'll give it a try! :D

    I just have a question - I thought about making a comedy video, a parody, which uses existing SC (and perhaps SC2) cinematics with voice-overs and some edits - it'll be almost without (or perhaps without at all, I'm not sure yet) scenes that I personally made.
    There isn't any category that this video fits in (I think), so will you except such a video on the contest? :)
