Because if you don't add someone that likes you, then they think you hate them. It causes arguments that could otherwise be avoided. If there are no lists, then there is nothing to get pissy about.

GMG we are talking of potential upgrades to the site.

hmm... well if you think of it that way, i guess its good not to include it, but you if he is not on your list, if you request to be his friend, he accepts, should it also automatically add him in yours as well?

Most sites I go to have lists where you add the person yourself. You don't request it. Plus denying requests can start normally avoidable arguments too.

Ok but 4 things telling us not to spam is spamming so lets just get back on subject. What could the admin do to help the forums get better?

 

Change site to an other forum-program as he is doing? When he changes to that site everything (nearly) will be able.
And sayng to other people how they should act like / behave like isnt spamming.

 

It is if theres 4 replys stating it. We only need one. And what is he doing as far as we know?

Actually im in a fine mood im just tired of watching you get into rule debates with other members, when if you would have just dropped it in the first place it would have caused less problems.

As for the topic I support the idea wholeheartedly.

Its on a site I go to called vampirefreaks.com, or vf for short.

On the pets thing. The ppl that will get screwed over the most will be the ppl who have pets, but won't get on for a while. They will get there money back for them, but when they finally get back online, they will be sold out.

 

That is what I'm worried about most. My Jim Raynor doll is my rarest item, and when the site changes, if I'm not on when it happens, I will most likely lose him since he will sell out in less than 30 minutes.

 

You mean less than 3 minutes I reckon the admin and the crew will sort these kind of items separately, i.e., they will write their owners' names on a piece of paper and will give out the items individually. Question is, what's the "requirement" for an item to be handled like that? Motherships, Carriers and Queens are items highly sought and the list of owners could change during the overhaul if they're handled like "regular" items.

I know they will sort everything out eventually, but right now the shift sounds quite dodgy.
