Recording everything that everyone has is a big job. There are 2000 ppl on this forum. There are 6 global moderators, and the admin himself. Thats a lot of work if you ask me.

 

I don't know... half the newly added pets are ill-priced anyway so the "item reflects contribution" thing is already gone, and they only served that besides showing the users' preference and style. For me, they just lost their former value.

 

what do you mean all of the items will go? our items or the items in d shop?

 

Im sure all the pets started with a certain value and thats probably what he will give back to us.

 

I don't think its that difficult to know which item is owned by who- it even says in the shop. I would suggest to give each item an open voucher code and then let it run for about a week- After that its just a matter of comparing the people who entered the voucher code and the current list of owners. People are honest around here, but people who cheated should be severely punished. If someone forget to enter the voucher code after 1 week, they should just PM the admin for an individual item code.

 

yea, thats right, so why not just give a voucher for the pets that we own? its not that hard to make the list of who owns what considering that its already listed at the shop (thanks for pointing that out GM_k, i forgot about that). and just make a simple list of how many minerals people have XD mmkay? but who am i to tell this to sc2forums?

 

It only shows if someone owns an item, it doesn't show if someone owns more then one, so you would have to go through everyone's profile.

For example, go to the 1st edition Mothership and click "Who owns this item". LordKerwyn will be listed there. So if it was recorded like this he would get one Mothership back when it is done. He would get screwed however, because he owns three Motherships, not one. He isn't listed three times on it, he is listed once.

 

We're recording the whole thing. Pets, minerals, that stuff. And you do realize, ANYONE can look at what pets you have and how many minerals. It's not just the mods, it's the whole Hyperion

 

@ Darkone- We do know how many units were sold tho. People could enter the code several times. After that, compare, and then you could see if someone cheated.

Btw, okay, my idea is not needed.
