That's what we've been saying for the past few weeks.

 

Well I haven't been here for the past few weeks, only the past few days...

 

I just had a look at our brand spanking new profile layout. Visitor messages, friends, activity, everything in one place. It's already taking its target shape that we've seen a preview of.

Though I think the default vB links above the forums would be enough, the sidebar is also shaping nicely.

Keep up the hard work, sc2!

Also now that we can tag posts please use it to tag posts with RELEVANT keywords for easier searching. DO NOT spam the tag or post crap like such and such was here. Since I don't actually hold any power all I can do is report you for it but I will report you for it.

New color scheme and the forums look much nicer. Wish you had made it darker sooner look forward to the finished product

 

Yes! Now, it's easier to navigate with the dark colors. The white colors made it harder for me to see things for some reason. I'm starting to like the new forums now.

I mostly agree, but I don't like the icons for new/read topics etc. I mean the ones inside boards like space junk, forum info etc, the pieces of sc2forums logo are neat.
Though I'm getting used to just looking for topics in bold letters


LT don't bother, it seems like he just wants to get banned as quickly as possible...

 

I am in the process of making new icons for expanding and colapsing sections perhaps I can make some for new posts and see if I can get the admin to put them up.

He said if I get a majority vote to use the section icons he would use them so I don't see why I cant try that for the read/unread icons. If you can tell me if thats alright with you SC2forums that would be great.

 

I know the site is not finished yet, I just thought I'd help hunt down the glitches.

Is it just me of the posting rate as drastically diminished since the site update?

 

About the thread not properly showing quick replies, I think it's gotten worse than before. It used to be only on certain threads, but now it's on all of them.

 

Also on social groups, it only shows avatars of up to ten members, but the tenth is in second line. The rest of the line is empty even though more members' avatars could fit in there

 

I'm sure everything will be fine. Just give the admin a little more time.

 

I do, I just post issues I see, so that they can be fixed when admin deals with more important stuff (and gets some sleep)

 

It's hard to tell if you have added a friend or not. I have gotten a friend request and I wanted to add him. I added him in the blank space where you write the name and clicked on the button. I wasn't sure if I added him because the page looked exactly the same...

 

It only changes after they accept.

 

If you get a friend request, it takes you to the contacts page after clicking the notification. You need to tick the little box next to 'friend' (avatar lights up) to add the person as a friend, otherwise the person will only be a contact. Once you've done that, the person instantly appears on that page.

If you added the person manually after a request... well you might be requesting each other without either of you confirming it which would explain the person not appearing on the page.

 

ummm.... when i post a quick reply, it doesnt show up..... and im getting annoyed now
