    It was a mod project where they ported SC to a DS and madit work with DS hardware

    Say hypothetically Blizzard released something like this for the DS, would it actually sell well, well enough to make it worth their while?

    It sure would! The DS owners have craved a good RTS since the release of the system. "Ys Strategy" just sucked. Even Starlite 0.02 was funnier to play than that.

    And what would it cost Blizzard to port a game that has been done for 10 years to another system? It would cost them nothing, basically. All they would need to change is a little of the interface, and the stylus commands.
    I bet they could do that in less than 2 months.

    Well, with Starcraft II coming soon, they would be CRAZY to start an expansionish game of Starcraft Clasic.
