If the ghost can detect like the sensor tower, why would ppl build sensor towers? The ghost can sense, but can also attack, cloak, nuke, snipe, and EMP.

Does the enemy see the detection field like they do with towers, because if not, there is another reason why you wouldn't use towers and build ghosts instead.

People would build sensor towers to detect all units, not just units with energy.

I still want to know, is the ghost able to reveil cloaked units that have energy?

Yes it can. At the moment the Ghost is a Detector of units with energy. If there is a High Templar or Infestor, both are units with energy, hiding nearby in the For of War, it's location will be marked like with the Sensor Tower. However if there's a Zealot or some Zerglings, both are units without energy, next to the High Templar or Infestor, then their position won't be marked.
If there is a High Templar that has been Cloaked by the Mothership or a Burrowed Infestor, then the Ghost will be able to Detect it. If there is a Zealot that's been Cloaked by the Mothership or some Burrowed Zerglings, then they won't be able to be detected.
This ability would make Ghost versus Ghost skirmishes really interesting...

I forgot the fact that the ghost can only detect units with energy. I was thinking he could detect all units. The fact that he does only detect those with energy still allows use for the sensor tower.
