I thought so too but I think it's for the best: it's supposed to counter light, fast air units after all. If what it's supposed to counter easily outmaneuvers it...

 

hurr!!! Zerg is really gna have a hard time against the BC. I mean mutalisks cant really do much against them, and the corruptor isnt that strong either.

 

na currently hydras have the most damage output versus ata in the game and also corruptors deal (I think its as fast as a hydra) extra damage versus armored units and they corrupt units as they kill them so cost wise a bunch of corruptors will be able to take out a battle cruisers pretty well.

Also remember hydras where a persons main way of dealing with ata anyways and they got buffed so its not that big of a deal.

This also goes to show you that the current carrier attack doesn't cut it like it used to, currently both the mothership and the battle cruiser have "upgraded" versions of this attack (the battle cruiser remember used to have a attack that did 25 damage and had a long cool down) I personally think they should consider something else for the carrier.
