Starcraft 2 Replays / Matches Topic

This thread is probably going to explode when beta comes out, though. Fraps for the win. ^^

 

We'll probably have a dedicated board at beta.

 

I have asked Jon a couple of times already to dedicate a separate section of the site to replays. Would be a nice addition. I was hoping we'd have it before the intended release of the beta, but now it seems like we're only getting a board? Aaaaaw.

Got this feeling that it won't be organized enough.

I'm still going to be hosting my own torrent of beta videos so that'll have some unification even if it's not in this forum. It's not as good as a unified topic but it could do if that never happens. i.e. people will be able to download the videos either through my torrent or through the links I'll provide in one area.

Of course, I could become overloaded and have no possible way of keeping track of them all.

I don't know is this has been already presented by I found some extra replays in this utube channel

 

For the first three videos, I've seen a few of those scenes so I'd say they were parts of kim's few second videos. That doesn't matter though because these are new in terms of being in one cohesive video. Good find

 

Not recommended for those with epileptic problems when watching shaky videos...

I fail. Those videos were in my topic for a while but I must've forgotten to post them here given that this is not a topic I have direct control over.

 

I will make something better later on. Chill. I'm a bit busy with getting all my stuff together and move everything to another city next week. ^^

Is it just me or do the units inSC2 seem to be more frail? From what I have seen, 2 or 3 hits is all you need to take a unit down. Especially the Colosus. I saw one take just 3 hits and went down. For such a large unit it sure is fragile.

 

Three hits? At BlizzCon 2009 it had 150 shield points and 200 hit points. The only thing that might be able to kill it that fast is the siege tank or thor.

I counted the hits, 1, 2, 3, and down it goes.

From a Marauder I think it was. That thing should have more than 350 total hp's.

It's not just that. Im seeing large groups of units going down in seconds.

 

It's called Starcraft. Go play Warcraft if you like seeing people ramming swords into chests 200 times, before the enemy finally goes down.
