Starcraft 2 Karune Q/A Batch 11

That is a misconception since some units use different attacks against Air or Ground units even if they both are basically identical. The BC in SC also had 2 Weapons but couldn´t use them independently. That or I simply never got it to work lol.

 

Well if you look at the battle in the end of the protoss gameplay video youl see the battlecruiser firing on air and ground at the same time (not really same time but with like 0.3 sec cooldown)

 

yay for mutalisks. i always thought they were pretty cool and i can't wait to get a detailed view of what they look like.

 

@Inpox. To me that looks like the BC "broke up" his attack, could be wrong though. Well even if AA and AG are now seperate i doubt that will make a big difference, I imagine positioning for a "double attack" to be quite hard.

 

mayby but anyway lets say 2 battlecruisers is fighting some stalkers, then 3 phoenixes attacks the battlecruiser too then you can attack both the stalkers and the phoenixes. I mean with double attack battle cruisers will work better as heavy support for a terran army
