StarCraft 2 Cheats

Supposedly it means Can't Wait Any Longer. Operation CWAL was a fan group that was beating Blizzard over the head to finish the original Starcraft and were trying to drag information out of the devs.

I think totaly new cheat codes are in order

 

New ones, every blizz game has had new ones, no point in recycling. Besides, theres brand new funny inside jokes for them to take advantage of, amirite?

Nah new cheats, it's where the developers have fun and do all the inside jokes and such. Not that there aren't enough inside jokes within the game itself, but cheat codes bring it out.

nah, "1337lol" is faster to type.

 

In WC1, WC2 and WC3, they all had different cheats, so I think that Blizzard will follow their established route and make new hilarious cheat options.

"Shotgun *unitname*!" - Enemy Can't Use Certain Units   ("Shotgun Siege Tanks!" Would mean you were the only player allowed to use Siege Tanks, etc.)

"Who You Gonna Call?" - Enemy Can't Use Nukes/Droppods

"Apples Of Doom" - Enemy Can't Regenerate, Repair, Or Otherwise Heal

"Where's My Lunch?" - All Critters Follow Your Cursor

"OMFG Aimbot" - Ranged Units Do 2x Damage

"OMFG Wallhack" - Melee Units Do 2x Damage

"The System Is Down" - Team Colour Flashes Randomly Between All Available Colours

"These Are Great Seats" - Enable Unlimited Zooming Out/In

"For The Overmind" - All Critters Become Controllable Ultralisks/Lurkers/Some New Zerg Unit (Zerg Only)

"Just Use The Stairs" - Cliffs Are Insurpassable To All Grounds Units

"Smooth Soldier" - Enable Moonwalk Mode  (Units face the opposite direction while running)

"Back In My Day..." - Enable Starcraft Sprites (All selected, applicable units switch to their 2D sprites from Starcraft/Brood War)

"Seriously, My RAM Can Take It" - All Buildings Explode As If By Nuke

EDIT: On a side note, the original cheat I had put down for Unlimited Energy was "There Is No Spoon", simply because I love that line, and it seemed like the type of thing Blizzard would use as a cheat. I then realized that I was correct. So correct, in fact, that they're already using it as a cheat in Warcraft III, which I have never played, but is apparently a decent game and rather popular. Hence, I made up a new, more made-uppy, unlimited energy cheat.

Keep the original ones.

 

"gimme a Saviour drone" - stack all drones together
"did i just die?" - turn all zealots into dragoons
"NuNuNuNuNuclear Launch Detected!" - 5 nukes drop on random places
"need a light?" - set all Terran buildings on fire
"lets go swimming" - allow all ground units to travel through water
"variety is the spice of life" - randomly scale the size of all units and buildings by a factor in the range of 0.25 to 4

 

I don't think there should BE any cheats in StarCraft.

It just cheapens the game....

 

almost any game has cheats. we just use cheats for fun.

OR, it makes it richer. It all depends on the person. Think about it, if you finish the game without using cheats when you COULD have used cheats, then you can say to yourself 'not only did I beat the game on my own, but I resisted the ever-present urge to use cheats and take the easy way out. I deserve a cookie.'
But if there aren't any cheats, you'd just say 'well, I beat the game on my own, but I wonder, if there had been cheats in the game, would I have had the moral fiber and conviction to avoid using them on level 7, when I was in all that trouble? Oh, if only Blizzard had included cheats, so that I could have solved this moral dilemma!'
Eh? Eh? Think about it.

Incidentally, "Cheaters Never Win" would make an excellent "Instant Loss" cheat.

Lol thanks. Eventually you get bored watching the Terran Demo at that time of night, so you have to find something pass the time. Y'know, besides sleep. And no, I'm not doing that, she's not even home this week.

 

cheats are fun for single player if you are bored, no game allow cheats for multiplayer so cheats doesn't really cheapen anything. it is an option after all so you can decide not to use it if you don't want.

some more cheats:

"go go go" - all marines are constantly stimmed
"it is a good day to die" - all units die
"landing sequence interrup... Oops!" - allow terran buildings to land any where and crush anything below.

 

are paragon and bizzaroparagon the same?
