StarCraft 2 Beta Opt-ins Updated

No. I didn't say that. I said I didn't want to interfere with the people here who wanted to participate in the contests because they obviously wanted it more than me. I'd love to be in the beta but I'm not as interested in it as I could be because it would force me to upgrade my computer sooner than I'd want to which, in effect, would make me have to spend more money. I don't want to upgrade until StarCraft 2 and Windows 7 is released. And, the DirectX 11 cards get their first price drop.

If the beta key were to just drop into my lap then so be it; it's fate. But, I'm not going to do extra work for something that will, in the end, cost me money that someone else would probably enjoy tons and tons more than me. Granted, I've gained back some of my interest in StarCraft 2 since then but, still, I'm not selfish enough to want to further dwindle someone else's chances.

 

Hm.. their program to check PC stats is pretty dumb. He is only checking the C partition of my hard drive so he only see like 1/3 of it.

 

The program is a he? That's mighty sexist of you. Can a program not be female?

Also it's not your C: drive/partition but the one the program is on when you run it. I actually cleared my first batch of info because my download directory is on my non-system partition, which is smaller and has less free space.
