Arbiters had some beautiful moments though.

Especially when they recalled a bunch of Archons into a base.

A well timed stasis can win a game. I don't understand why Blizzard gave the Arbiter an attack at all. All the other flying spell casters have no attack, and the Arbiter's is useless...only good for luring the Arbiter into a nest Turrets.

Probably did it for one of those weird "balance" things you keep hearing about.

And I don't remember anyone ever officially saying that recall was out.

I'm betting that stasis is replaced by the high templar shield/blocking thing. But its just as possible that stasis is still in and is a star relic ability.

The warp ability of the WarpGates are going to be far slower, and my vulnerable than Recall, which does not expose vulnerability ot the units.

The High Templar blocking ability sounds alot more like a version of "D-Web" which the now defunct Corsairs will no longer use. The only difference being that it also prevents units from moving.

Good point. This makes stasis even more viable to still be in the game in one form or another.

what difference? can units inside the crystalizing blockade take damage?

It may be a cross between stasis and disruption web in which case they wouldn't take damage. However, it looked like the ones in the movie were still being attacked.
