We will only know about 50% of the game when it is released. We can speculate on whether of not the stats are final, but we will not know until the game is released, and even after the game is released the stats of all the units will constantly be changing as they strive to achieve balance. Blizz also won't reveal anything more substantial about the campaign mode. Knowing what the units look like and some of their possible abilities just promotes the imagination of the fans in a good way.

If it weren't for the feedback blizz have got from revealing stuff to fans, the Siege Tank would look like a crappy toy :upset:

i think blizzard is really taking into consideration the feedback of the public, to make the most balanced game possible just like sc1 is.

They are taking a lot of opinions under consideration and i think thats great, i think that working with the SC comunity is a great way to get what the public wants. They still have a lot of things we havent seen and new possible units that they havent revealed yet so we dont even know. We can see units they've revealed so far scraped so you dont even know if what you see now is what will be upon release.

This is a great strategy for Blizzard, they've always done this before... the suspense creates the gotta get it feel. I mean most of us would get it day 1 anyways, but this helps spread the word of mouth and creates even more hype.

Also it is need to supply the fansites with discussions, usefull discussions helps their dev team tons.
