so according to the warcraft rpg core rules (1st edition), half-orc half-humans are more readily accepted in the alliance than half-elf half-humans.

nope, normal orcs are still hated. Their children would be readily accepted however.
Kael'thas would have been accepted by the populace, but his children wouldn't be.

If we're talking about warcraft, it's pretty much only a matter of your prefered skin color

It's probably possible. But no clue if there are any in lore

 

According to D&D lore, it seems unpossible, or at least un-sanctioned, but it seems more due to alignment than actual preference.

I can't really see an elf and an orc gettin jiggy wit it, for what it's worth.

 

Double post, *impossible, if I were an orc I would hit on elves.

But as an orc, I would be well endowed, and thus capable of picking up at least one of the more promiscuous elves.

 

Well, promiscuous by night elf standards would take you a lifetime to seduce, promiscuous by high elf standards means 'once suggested that she might flirt with a half-elf if really, really drunk, but never actually did' and promiscuous by blood elf standards means 'sorry honey, but you just don't live up to incubi'

 

They're actually huge compensators, so...

orc, not ork. If you want over-compensators, just look at gnomes, wielding tauren-sized weapons.

on the other hand, tauren villages consist solely of big poles and pitched tents.
