Ze is more of a French thing imo. It's either a 'dee' sound or just drop the altogether. The v in vodka would sound more like w too, kinda a mix.

depending on how distant, the same as with other people you find hot.

 

Honestly, the majority of genetic problems from inbreeding occur only with very close relatives, eg direct blood relation. The really bad ones rarely present even in first cousins. If they're more than two steps away, there's enough variance to avoid most problems.

It then comes to the simple question of can you do your third cousin and not feel weird.

 

If the intention is not to produce a child, why do the genetic issues matter? I would think that the only part that matters is the insanely weird feeling.
